Sir, Please clarify whether the new laws will treat all equally? I mean as per my knowledge there were three different laws in India - Hindu law, Muslim Law, and Christian law which have had no meaning in the last 150 years. I noticed from super count judges to lower lever lawyers were holding the latest iPhone in one hand and 150 years outdated law book on the other hand. Please notice it was written even before electricity was invented forget about AI and Machine learning. And I come to know that we are still following Nizam's laws which are 1700 century laws. Transfer of Property Act 1882. - even my grandfather was not born. Nobody realized and took action for the last 75 years my question is India is developing for sure but at what speed? I noticed present India is filled with foreign company products everywhere from remote villages to New Delhi. For example, foreign-brand chocolates, dresses, shoes, slippers, drinking water and the list goes on up to cars and plains, ships and weapons all from different brands belonging to different countries products you can get very easily in our country. I was searching for Indian pure desi products in abroad like Africa to America. Most of the time I found Indian Basmati Rice - which was produced by a poor farmer under the least possible facilities. Sure, India is developing I agree but which direction? Please clarify.

Criminal law, including POSCO, NIA etc and personal law including IPC have been made and amended before and after India's Independence, and those laws are enough to take action against criminals. Problem is not laws since the inception of India's and till date but is on the part the successive Central and State Government. Because government most of the times politicalise it played favoritism role even in dealing with criminal cases. The agencies have been used against oppositions to benefit ruling party. So forget about making new criminal law. Think to make law to raise better economic to ensure " sobka sath sobka vikash". This is BJP's promise. But avade from your promise you are doing unnecessary things. Don't waste your time.

Its not oppressive. They are comfortable speaking in hindi so they are, just as a kannadika is comfortable in speaking in kannada. But i agree, translations in each major regional language should be done. They are all languages of OUR civilisation.
