Without exception these modes are created by deeds, emanated by deeds, matured by deeds, and they appear through the power of deeds. Diversity of the world is developed through deeds. -Happiness and suffering are created by deeds. -Deeds originate from an accumulation of conditions - By deeds happiness and suffering are made. Karma includes the intentional actions of past lives and present life. Several karma units may act together to determine the present life situation of a person. At the moment of death the unexhausted units of karma move with the consciousness on to a new life. It is the karma which provides the power to move the person through Samsara, the cycle of life. This process comes to an end on the person realizing Nirvana(Full enlightenment). After that no new karma is formed though the person may have to feel the consequences of past karma. believers 14 root downfalls of Pratimoksya vows are listed as : 1.disrespecting your master 2.transgressing the words of the buddhas 3.insulting one’s dharma brothers and sisters 4.abandoning love for sentient beings 5.abandoning the bodhichitta in aspiration or application 6.criticizing the teachings of the sutras and tantras 7.revealing secrets to those who are unworthy 8.mistreating one’s body 9.abandoning emptiness 10.keeping bad company 11.failing to reflect on emptiness 12.upsetting those who have faith in the teachings 13.failing to observe the samaya commitments 14.denigrating women MAY ALL IGNORANCE ARE CLEARED WITH YOUR GOOD KARMIC ACTION, CONTEMPLATION AND PRACTICE IN DAILY LIFE.
