Amla Ka Instant Achar
Ingredients:
1/2 kg. Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
1 litre Water
15-20 Geen chillies
50 g Ginger
3 tablespoons Mustard Oil
1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds (Methi dana)
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (Heeng)
2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard seeds (or Black mustard seeds/ rai)
2 tablespoons Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1 teaspoon Nigella seeds (Kalonji)
1 teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
2 tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
