...am i the only one who feels equally bad for all the suitors...? like, man, they were all victims of the same shit, but people only feel bad for aloïs because he still wants to be with justine. geez. i think malo got the worst of it, i mean, look at what he is now.

The fact that Alois still loves Justine is just plain heartbreaking. He chases her just so they can be together forever.

Alois, so madly in love he wants Justine all for hisself, killing her would make it easy to keep her around... Basile, so angry at Justine for what she has done to him, killing her seems to be the only solution... Malo, so deranged from pain and suffering, killing Justine is now the only way for him to feed... And I just love Malo's bonjour, so cute before being chased down

The first time I heard these lines was when I saw My Little Amnesia with the pony voices redoing these lines. It sounds strange hearing the real thing now.

Alois: "Hush now, it's alright..." Bastile: "You thought you could get away, didn't you!?" Malo: "OMNOMNOMNOMNOM!!!" Malo made me laugh too loudly for it to be considered healthy...

My favorite way to think of them is: Alois is sad Basile is angry Malo is happy Just, y'know, insane.

When I was playing it, I thought Basile's "Yes, keep making those sounds!" line was actually an indicator he had located me. Fucker gave me multiple near-heart attacks on my first playthrough...

Their voices sound way too healthy for the condition their bodies and minds are in.

Even after everything she's done to him, Alois still loves Justine with all his heart, and only wants to be with her (which is why he kills her, because he simply doesn't want her to leave him). So touching, and heartbreaking. Also, the way he speaks is very, very haunting... oh, poor, sweet Alois. I adore him. He's definitely my favourite Amnesia character.

I don't know why but it's Malo who melts my heart. Beneath all his giggling and insanity, all I see is suffering... I know that's the same with all of them, but it's his that's shown in the most horrible way.

Funny how they are human in nature yet,in the case of Malo break down metal gates within seconds, without any equipment even if they are so skinny and physically damaged

This stopped being scary when I noticed the SFM Shuffle walkcycle XD

Alois and Basile cannot see because Justine tortured and blinded them. Plus, if you notice, they don't have eyes. However, Malo claims to be able to see the player despite having no eyes also. It is unknown whether this is due to his insanity or not.

Fun fact: Basile is voiced by Jon St. John, who also voiced Duke Nukem. Now I can't unhear him doing one-liners while attacking me.

Well during the chase, but when you spawn him and you don't go into the chase yet, you can alert him and then hide in one of the rooms.

These guys used to freak the shit out of me when I was like 13. Still the most disturbing enemies in Amnesia tbh! Basil has a really cool voice! His actor sounds familiar. And Malo's "bonjour" is...oddly endearing.

and with malo, he either can see and is using sight to chase you, or he cant and is using obvious clues. Heck, the whole chase youre either splashing around in water or running through a narrow corridor. He cant really get it wrong XD

I was at my friends house, he was trying to fall asleep. he thought i was asleep. I went to this video on my phone and skipped to basile's lines. I plugged my phone into his dock and played them one by one with a 10 second pause in between.. REALLY loud. He ran upstairs scared shitless and turned the light on. He never fell asleep for the rest of the night.

At the ending, I didn't realize the movie would keep playing. I seriously. Almost. Pissed myself.

My Little Amnesia. Some of the voice lines for the Suitors read in an imitation of some of the pony voices, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie specifically.

they all were at one time in love with Justine, however she didn't seem to love anyone them and used them for her experiments. Alois was jealous of the others and craved attention, Basil she used a hot poker and took his eyes out (extra wax cylinder plays that in the game), and Malo she somehow made into a cannibal through her experiments

He is insane actually. The most crazy of them all. His mind turned to cannibalism when it couldn't take the Justine's physical pain any longer.

The Justine DLC never made much sense to me. The suitors are just human men. Human men that have been starved, dehydrated, tortured, had their eyes gouged out, haven't seen the light of day in years, and most definitely have countless infections and diseases due to both being in horrible physical condition due to countless wounds, and because of their filthy, unsafe living conditions. So how are they so strong? How can they break doors down? How can they even stand, let alone walk, LET ALONE RUN!? How aren't they constantly tripping due to being blind, and how tf do they 'see' Justine? And how in any universe could they overpower Justine? In their condition they wouldn't stand a chance against a 10 year old, let alone and adult woman. They're not supernatural/inhuman creations like the Gatherers, Water Monsters, Manpigs and Harvesters feom the other games, so what's thd explanation behind their strength?

I seriously think the first suitor was inspired by Alois Trancy. They have WAY too much in common.

@bananaslumberparty there were three people that Justine tortured, and they are now the three monsters in the mantion trying to kill her. Alois Basile and Malo. in the beginning, when there are three rooms and in another there is a guy asking to be saved, those three rooms are theirs. the one with the violin is Malo's, the one with the blood writing and the cutting rist letter is Alois's, and there other is Basil's.

Basile is mad because of the torture he received from Justine, they all were tortured. Basile was blinded with a fire poker, so that's why he's angry. Justine is the horrible one in this scenario.

OH MY GOD, at least they talk, but creepily, and this seems slightly less scary than the original Amnesia... But they made the scratches and blurry-effects 10x scarier.
