No it’s because when gray healed Fortergreen in the alternative he knew if he got hurt he could use him then kill him and in the regular he knew he was important to the other crew so he use him to get away but failed
@@jacobschannel2211 you can see fortegreen blushing during the regular at when tan healed them. You can also see it when them stabbed brown with their tentacles thingy. Also in alternative, He asked red if they can not kill tan. Then held them hostage and tried to catch them, but failed. CANON SHIP.

Red was initially a crewmate until he was bitten that makes him an imposter. But even then, Red is still loyal to the crewmates but he hides his identity for survival's sake. (This would later be found out by the Crewmates but they will let him stick around because Red literally risked his life for them)
