That's actually a really good Among Us strat, now that I think of it. You start your suspicion with a player you're not sus of, in order to give the one you're actually sus of a false sense of security (assuming you're right and they're imposter). This way you can gauge the reaction of both the suspected imposter and suspected innocent. Then, after talking to the innocent person, you can calm down and be like "Yeah, that story checks out" (unless it doesn't and you discovered an imposter by accident), and then turn your suspicion towards your true target, just when they thought they had just pulled off a good framing.

Challenge: Everyone change their name to “Unknown” and every round everyone gathers around computer and randomizes their colors. This allows people to choose when they speak up or stay quiet. Since you guys play with each other a lot you should know each other based on voices so it should add a mystery aspect. (I don’t think you should do it all the time but it would be fun to see a video like that one day, love you Fruit and the vids!)
Problem is from what I've seen, when identical names are used, the game appends a number onto each player with the same name. So you'd have Unknown 1, Unknown 2, and so on.
