18:20 I have finally figured out why Ze wins as arsonist. If you catch the frame, Speedy and Chilled kill each other at exactly the same time, and whenever Arsonist wins from igniting everyone, it kills everyone.. including the arsonist. That means that the arsonist will always get the win if there is exactly 0 people alive on the last frame, which is why Ze won.
