Elmer, te felicito. Con esa canción tengo un recuerdo especial. Hace unos años la toqué en el funeral de un profesor, me conmueve, porque son las mismas notas (tonalidad de re mayor). Admiro tu forma de tocar, saludos desde Colombia.
Bravo Elmer! Man you are such a wonderful trumpet player! I can't begin to say enough about your sound. You have such a great tone and you have ability to go from a dark mellow sound to a bright intense sound. You remind me so much of Arturo Sandoval when he was a young man! I am about the same age as Arturo and I watched him become one of the finest trumpet players in the world. As I listen to you I see and hear that same greatness! You have that great ability to go from a great classical sound to a great Latin sound! I always look forward to your wonderful videos! Thank you and God Bless!🎺👍
Wow que bonito la interpreta!!! Amo esa canción, me recuerda a mi abuelita que falleció hace 22 años quien fue como mi mamá y al escucharlo movió recuerdos y sentimientos en mí, felicidades!!
I don't think subs are the goal for this guy... he seems too genuine to waste time thinking about that. Why so critical? Enjoy the music man, he sounds gorgeous.
@@fontajo Uhhh yeah....IMO, He is ONE of the best sounding players on RU-vid (Top 15 at the very least). I was just saying that he is obviously recording to a PLAY ALONG album. He OBVIOUSLY wants more people to watch and sub to his videos since- you know- HE POSTS HIS VIDEOS FOR PEOPLE TO SEE THEM. I was simply offering some friendly advice as to how I think he could increase his subs and views. And you think he is too "genuine to waste time thinking about views"? Really? You do understand the reason people post their skills, talent, and content on RU-vid, right? I mean....Do you really think when trumpet players like Allen Vizzutti, or Adam Rapa, and MANY others post their playing here on YT that they DON'T want more eyeballs on their amazing ability? Of course they do! That's why they post videos (not for themselves, but rather, for others to see and learn from). Are these other great pro trumpet players just not "genuine" for simply wanting more eyeballs & ears seeing and listening to their mad skills? So, then why do YOU have to try to insinuate that my question/comment is nefarious, critical, and is something more than it really is- just a friendly question followed by some friendly advice? That's not being "critical" in anyway- at all- Maybe you should look up the definition of "critical".... Sorry to be so sarcastic to ya, but I'm not gonna lie...Your reply to my innocent-as-can-be question and tip just rubbed me the wrong way....
Hey man....I mean this with all good intentions...You're young and uhh......You're a great player but it's time to start exercising and working out before 10 years pass by quickly
@@oscarinole5065 Might be funny but I honestly did mean it as a wake up call (helpful) to him. He can't be over 21 right now and is a freaking amazing player. But look at Maynard at 21...skinny AF, but we know what came later in terms of health and weight. I just wanna see this guy still be playing in 20 years.
