No matter how bad or edgy your protagonist is, you still want to make sure that the reader feels empathy for this amoral character.
Without readers caring for your protagonist you are in deep trouble and the journey is over before it even began. In this video I’m going to teach you how to make sure the reader cares for such amoral characters.

Ty! this actually helped me a lot! Its hard to find a guide for Amoral Protagonists. As they often get labled as just another "Edgy" Protagonist if done incorectly

So I created a manga (it's a Japanese comic) with a "kinda edgy" delinquent as a main character and this video helps me a lot lol, the only difference with my character is he has no real goal nor do he Trusted anyone but I'm planning on making him open up to the supporting Characters that I surround him with as the story progress
