I seriously love this board so much! If you down wind or are thinking of getting into it, this is a must have in your quiver… I don’t even use my down wind board anymore because the thing feels o big and cumbersome. Thank you Chris and @flite.lab for inventing such an epic product! 🙏🏼

Hey Mister Bennetts - thank you for the amazing content as always. I efoiled for the first time this year and am hooked. Looking to start prone foiling in a surf spot near, and have aspirations for downwinding in the future. Between the code 1300S and 1130S, any recommendations? Hoping to have one foil for surfing and down winding and swapping boards.

Also watching your recent channel crossing I’m thinking is two boards even necessary or would a 45-60L mid length with hand paddles be a possible one board / foil set up for both prone and DW?

Nice one mate! If you’re starting out, the 1300S will be best as it’s going to have the most glide and be the most forgiving. 👍🏼

Those swells look really big. I'm trying to understand why you had to paddle in to catch them. Isn't the jet powerful enough to get you moving fast enough to catch them without using hand strokes? I want to use the fliteboard amp for downwinding. Is there enough power to get up easily without using hand strokes? Aloha, Don

Yeh you could not paddle, but when you paddle you position yourself in the right spot to take off. 👍🏼
