hey amped what if i filled my tank before i unscrewed the green thing. i thought i did it all the way but turns out it’s wasn’t l. i’m i just screwed or what can i do
nvm im dumb if anyone has the same question, screw your empty tank onto the regulator then unscrew the green knob until you can see a thread, then you can fill your tank, once you have the tank filled screw the green knob back down until you can't see the thread(s) anymore, then you can go ahead and change the pressure on the regulator by pulling up on the black knob and twisting clockwise, once you have adjusted the pressure to what you want you can push the black knob back down. NOTE: To change the pressure on the regulator to increase it from ZERO you have to twist it THREE times in order for it to start increasing the pressure, when I first got mine and started trying to incease the pressure I thought it was broken but it was because I didn't twist it THREE times... Also: I would make sure you also purchase some extra O rings for this Regulator as theres a possibility they can dry and go bad after awhile. if you have any questions or need help, reply to this comment I'm pretty fast at replying and will most likely be able to help you Edit:2/26/23 I can't believe it's been nearly 2 years since i've written this comment haha, I hope it's been able to help. :)
@@kcdoesstuff1036 Hmmm I don't know about that I've taken my green knob off many times and it's always screwed back on, Is there something blocking it like something inside the green knob? If not try putting some pressure on it while trying to screw it on
@@kcdoesstuff1036 Awesome glad you got it to work! When you unscrew your tank from the reg it's probably just the friction that's causing the noise I wouldn't worry about it
I was reading the site and it says it can only take 300 psi tanks, but I couldn’t fine any in 300 psi. Will it still work with a 3000 psi tank, or is this like a typo, bc I am very new to hpa and have no real idea what I’m doing
So i got this SLP rig setup for my jack, FCU is set to F1 and my settings are default when i got full auto the pressure doesnt hold it just drops to zero on semi its just fine i used the SLP rig on my F1 and it worked just fine
Can this unit, without the main tank side, be connected to a main regulator for a secondary, lower pressure line for another gun that needs to run at lower pressure?
Do you have a video about blocking or restricting the black knob ? I'm looking for ways to allow HPA guns on our airsoft field but I have to know if it is possible to lock those knobs to avoid cheaters on the game
Scyfox if they have that exact regulator in the video yes it has holes in the black knob which allow a ziptie to pass through. If you’re using the small zip ties and they player has this same reg then you’ll need to make a chain of little zip ties until you reach the metal part where the psi gauge is. And then wrap the ziptie chain around the unit itself. Takes about 3-4 small zip ties or one really long and skinny one. Make sure the zip ties are tight because if not the player can stretch the ziptie chain and still change the psi if they really wanted to
Would I be able to attach a 68/4500 tank with a Ninja Flex regulator set to 300psi output pressure? Or would I need a tank with a 4500 SLP regulator instead? I am trying to get away without having to purchase an SLP regulator by using the Ninja Flex regulator set down to 300psi output pressure. Thank you.
what if you are running a ninja sl2 tank that comes with the stock tank regulator which puts out more than 350psi? do i need a new tank regulator or will I have to get a different regulator?
Did you figure it out? I’m having same issue. Tank is full. But turning knob does nothing. Can’t get any gun pressure. I have a polarstar wall ornament. I’m close to throwing the tank and regulator in a dumpster and getting all new. Anyone have suggestion before I go postal.
Could I take off the regulator if there is air in the tank still? Or if there is air in the tank I have to leave the regulator on until i use all the air?
Hey I recently bought this and just put it on my tank and it was working great, however I was taking it off and when I was lowering the PSI on the regulator with the black knob, I accidentally pulled the knob off. I'm not sure how this happened or if its a major problem, but I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to fix this. Thanks!
The threads on my sfr have been stripped( where you would adjust the psi) for a while and it's just getting worse. I'm almost at the point where I can't adjust the psi anymore. Any idea who to fix or better this problem?
Oh gese, that's no bueno. If those are stripped you will probably need a new body part to replace that. I would recommend reaching out to Redline Airsoft directly to see if they can provide you with the part that is stripped so you can swap it out. Probably the best solution for that. 8)
