What I love about the prophecy is that the fans already figured it out, they already translated the Amphibian language in the King's book and knew it ahead of time
Sasha being totally done in the first episode. "But I don't WANNA!" The little stinger line of "Ooo, is that jasmine?"after Mother Olm spits from the teapot, XD!!!! Sad you didn't include the reaction to my favorite line in "Grime's Pupil": Grime"But call me Grimothy again...AND I'LL EAT YOU ALIVE...."(Distorted voice. Sprig:(Chuckles) WOW! Hop Pop:"You didn't even rewrite the song?!!" Sasha:"I'm VERY BUSY HOP POP!" Can't wait for the next two episodes(which include "The Core and the King"!
I wish we didn’t have to get that gross before learning of the prophecy, but oh well. 😅 Next week, Anne and the Plantars receive some rather green new recruits, and we’re checking back in on King Andrias and Marc... ehm, the Core. Villain origin story time, baby!
I think Mother of Olms might be my least favorite episode of the whole show. There was not really a single thing I enjoyed about it (except the fact that they got Whoopi Goldberg!) Grime's Pupil is a fun one though!
Worst mission ever! Also when do we get our anime powers? Even when the times get tough, this show knows how to play it through with lots of humor. I, too, am so proud of Sprig's development, both in his character arc and his fighting style. Awesome to see everyone coming together as well.
Yes, i totally agree with Sasha (and Alycia) - that really was the worst mission ever. But at least, after all the snot and earwax, we now know the true meaning of the mural that we see in each episode's intro. It's also nice to finally see that the series addressing the tension between Grime and the Plantars - after all, they don't have the same life-long friendship that Anne and Sasha have so there might be some problems with working together. And speaking of Sasha - she really shines in the second part of S3 and is always fun to watch.
