Amplifier Class-D TL494 500W 

the class d power amplifier uses IC TL494 for PWM and uses an N-Channel MOSFET transistor as the final amplifier. This circuit is not too complicated and cheap to practice making power-d amplifiers. This power amplifier circuit can be supplied with 12V to 50V DC asymmetrical power using 8VDC bias voltage up to 12VDC. For the output power this amplifier can produce up to 500Watt power, pretty good isn't it? to make this power amplifier please see circuit diagram of TL494 Power Amplifier below along with PCB Layout design which you can download below
