Those ampoules in the video are all empty, and are all sold and shipped to several other factories and the substance to be stored is added in the next step and there is no concern of heat decomposition as the heating is localized and involves only the top of the ampoule from where the substance is inserted.
Humans are wild.. think about all that goes behind making one of these!! First we created glass.. which is just wild in its self! But then we also started making little containers from said glass! That we melt shut! That and then inventing all of themachinery to pull this off automated.. gata invent those torches, the friggen gear assemblies! Every single part of that. Like i said.. us humans are wild fuckahs
Salam, Can you please tell me the specifications of the plant, production per minute of ampoules and any details that could help me start this business. I am struggling to find the right setup for setting up my own manufacturing industry. Any web links for the manufacturing plants would be of great help. thanks
Hi, First of all. This is amazing! I'm just curious, though. The ampoules appear to be being sealed while they are empty. The reason I am thinking that is that they appear to be on their side when they are being sealed. Are they empty, and are they on their side when they are sealed? If so, why? Thank you so much for the video and for answering this question. I really appreciate it. Cheers, Chris
Haha, I'm the exact opposite. I'm an expert but I didn't make the video! I am prescribed pure heroin (diamorphine) ampoules and was curious how they were manufactured. The whole process is very interesting to me. My line of work is also that of an inventor and I work in mechanical engineering. I must say, your cinematographic skill is amazing. This video is extremely well shot and produced. Thanks again for making it. I really enjoyed it! Cheers, Chris
@@christ.4595 Hi Chris, Can you tell me more about the manufacturing plant? It is hard to meet someone with the right knowledge of relevant stuff these days. I am about to setup my own business in a few weeks and would love all the help I can get... Looking forward to you kind reply.
