2024 July 1st, remembered the song in my dream, awoke and searched it to listen again. Remembering when I was in St. John Catholic School Ntahghem Nkwen, Bamenda.
Yes this is Africa food collection. Today Friday May 10th 2024, keep me in remembrance of this beautiful song my daddy sang about telling the world about the beautiful traditional dish from the Ngie tribe. I love you daddy especially for the promotion yr given to our village making people to know that we are also among the list,
Omg! 2020 still watching. My elder siblings used to sing this when I was still very young. I could sing the song just after listening to them. A woman is a woman indeed. No matter the tribe no matter the color. Lol.nice song

Good video. Please can you tell me other names for the spice the Bayangi people use in Cameroon, called "bekang". I tried to search for bekang on the internet in order to read the health benefits, but I could not find any pages. Do you know the scientific name, or any other African name of the spice?
Univ Univeral "Bekang" is from the Bangwa people from Lebialem and not Bayangi. Bekang is simply sweet bitterleaf fried with smoked fish, onions and crayfish. with salt, maggi and pepper to taste
