I’ve just finished Fate Series and felt the need to make a tribute to the Iskandar (Alexander the Great) from Fate/Zero. Iskandar is truly impactful and well written character that instantly made it to the my all time TOP 10 anime characters. Truly epic and heartshaking adventure awaits you in this AMV dedicated to fan favorite Iskandar The King of Conquerors. This AMV features scenes from “Fate Zero”, “Fate Zero 2nd Season” and “The Case Files of Lord El-Melloi II”. I admittedly haven't finished this story, but, Iskander is a great version of Alexander the 3rd of Macedon. He won't leave his soldiers behind. He won't disrespect their sacrifice. A true leader of men, the best version of his heroic self to the very end.

Gilgamesh was always a jackass to everyone, but with alexander the great you can feel the respect he had for him and gave him the most respect by treating him with glories end and he could have killed his master but out of respect for alexander he didn't to me it shows that Gilgamesh is very complicated character who is all good and all evil

But did Islander know how evil Gilgamesh was or did he think he just had a different way of ruling. If he truly knew how evil Gilgamesh was I don’t think he would have the same respect.

@@FB-eg5vb he would. In fate Gil is the greatest king to ever live. The king of all heroes. That title alone is worthy of respect. His way of ruling was also something Iskander would respect as well. Gilgamesh in his selfishness raised his people up into prosperity, his greed and pride gave them freedom from the gods.

Iskander is the type of king I would willingly follow into battle with a smile on my face and bravery in my heart, I would go through Tartarus itself and swim through all the rivers of the underworld if he ordered me to, I would hold the sky itself if he were to ask me no matter the pain and agony, for that is just how good a king he is

I still remember my shock when I found out this massive man was Alexander. Alexander as short, by our modern standards. Gilgamesh on the other hand was massive and bearded. So their designs are like they should swapped

I only recently started the fate series n I personally find if it wasn’t for de gd concept of de holy grail n him n waver I wouldn’t like fate zero cuz I find de other characters are boring or if not boring jus not as entertaining as I wanted them to be
