Fun fact: Gerard Way and Hiroyuki Imaishi knows each other's art. Imaishi did fanart with Umbrella Academy and Gerard Way refers Simon the Digger in Peni Parker's comic.
Can't believe this is the first time I'm sseeing this... Good job, you just made me relive all the emotions of the show in 4 minutes, I just dropped down crying tears of joy and sorrow... Awesome AMV!
I dont think he thought starwars would still his idea 11 years later with last jedi... still, this anime is the best, honestly has a better plot than alot of modern movies and shows.(not anime, shows, because tbh I've yet to see more than a couple anime that dont have an at least acceptable story)
Damn this video gave me adrenaline from the first 50 seconds! A definite step up from the already good original, and the song fits so fucking well with the show. 12/10 must watch. Like 5 times.
This AMV is a Masterpiece. If you liked this music video then watch the Sorairo Days AMV by FynjyKez. That AMV is a Masterpiece too. To me, the FynjyKez AMV is my personal favorite AMV. Check it out and tell me what you think.
I rewatched the whole anime and both movies early last year after some solid 5 years and then i found this awesome edit that just made me fall even more in love with TTGL. Now this year i finally could see the 1st movie in theaters last week and i just fucking cried laughing man. After being watching this for so long, i never imagined that i could watch it on cinemas, but it just reaffirmed what Kamina, Simon and company always said, We truly did the impossible and see the invisible. Can't wait tomorrow to watch the 2nd movie. LETS FUCKIN CREATE SKIES.
La calidad de imagen y sonido es excelente, la cancion y el montaje son geniales. Excelente pieza audiovisual !!!!!!!!!! Es extraño que no tenga mas visitas y likes.
You're timing is very on point! and the scenes you chose for the parts were well chosen as well. This song fits Gurren Lagann lol. I'll have to look into your other stuff when i have the time! And if this was made a year ago, i wonder how you've improved?
Geez. I love your Vids. Been subscribed for like 11 months. I watch all of your stuff! I wish you could post more of them though! They are always good!
Jamie's Anime Thanks man, I try, but it takes time. I could make videos faster, but it would mean they wouldn't be as good, y'know? Glad to hear it though. People like you are the whole reason I do this! : )
@@enigmaodell6806 You got that right! Violet Evergarden came very close and even Anohana as well as Death Note. BUT NONE OF THEM were able to surpass Gurren Lagann. Those three shows are Masterpiece Anime, but Gurren Lagann takes those great storytelling to A Whole Another Level. Instead of making you cry a lot lot Violet Evergarden did, Gurren Lagann will Inspire You. FIGHT THE POWER!!!
Fantastic as always, and definitely feels improved over the original amv. Seems you used more of the movie version footage in this one. What do you think of the movies compared to the tv series? Personally I prefer the first half of the series but the 2nd movie, even though it has to skip some stuff because it's shorter it just does the final fight so incredibly well.
TheRampagingSquirrel I like the second movie a lot. I never actually got around to watching the first one, but like you said, that final fight scene makes the second movie soooo worth it.
This AMV is a Masterpiece. If you liked this music video then watch the Sorairo Days AMV by FynjyKez. That AMV by FynjyKez is my Number 1 Favorite AMV Ever. Check it out when you have the time.
+Ivan The Terrible So Gurren Lagann was adapted into two movies: Childhood's End (focusing on the first half of the series) and The Lights in the Sky Are Stars (focusing on the second half). They're just retellings of the same story with some added scenes/removed filler, but both movie's grand climax is extended. In the first movie, the four generals come back and fuse together Voltron style into one giant mech, and in the second, Team Gurren's mech evolves even one step further past the final one seen in the original series. There's a lot of other minor differences too, but that's the most notable thing. I definitely recommend at least the second movie if you're a big fan of the series, it's well worth it.
