Knuckles could always get A Goofy Movie and An Extremely Goofy Movie on DVD if he doesn't want Disney+. True people of culture prefer physical media over streaming. I hope Goofy would give you an exception if you have a good physical collection. We don't have Disney+ here in the Philippines yet but I do have a pretty decent Disney Blu-ray and DVD collection.
