A lot of people do not realise that a second love can be even greater than a first love, and Amy and Laurie were far happier together than Jo and Laurie would have been,

I hope this makes people realise that Amy and Laurie were meant for each other along and Jo and Prof.Bhear (don’t know if I’ll spelt it write) are also true love

I really like this version, the casting was really perfect. But one thing I dislike that they did Amy and Laurie’s relationship pretty dirty. I feel like they made Jo to be Laurie’s eternal love eventho he was married to Amy. Jo’s letter even said that Jo wanted Laurie to take care of Amy and made it like it was such an obligation to marry her. Unlike the other Little Women movies that say how she wanted Laurie to come back to her. They didn’t show how heartbroken and upset Jo when Laurie married Amy. They refused to show Laurie’s love or sacrifice for Amy because they didn’t make Laurie an alcoholic & a playboy and didn’t even cast Fred. Ugh so much things that should’ve been done here. What a waste, Amy and Laurie had such a great chemistry in this series

In this version i ship Laurie and Jo lmao! But in the new one i ship Laurie and Amy so much!!!

This adaptation would have worked so much better if they had a child actress to play young Amy. I got so mad when a teen ager Amy burns Jo´s book. It works better in the original story when Amy is a child and doesn´t see the outcome of her actions. I did like the adult Amy in this version though. This version brushed off Laurie way too much. In the book he is very possessive over Jo and also over Amy when he first meets her in Europe. I ship Laurie and Amy in the books (and Friedrich and Jo) but it is difficult to find a decent presentation of their love in tv/film version. This is a great video.

Idk why but watching this video i feel like this cast does not have the chemistry and the charisma, the screem presence then the new version have. I didn't feel the urge and the love i feel for amy and laurie that florence and timothee made me feel, and i also don't feel the strong presence of jo...

The character Amy is a rendition of a narcissist who constantly wants to take what Jo March has. She didn't care if she stepped over her older sister to get it. The money was just an added bonus. Remember Amy only went after Laurie because he was rich. If he were poor, she may have had feelings but she wouldn't have married him.
