My dad has health issues and my ex boyfriend is my best friend something really awful happened to me and we became best friends over it. He is definitely invited to my wedding and if my dad can’t walk me down the aisle then I would like my ex too.

I really like this man. He is very level headed. Why would Matt & Karen ever want to attend...they have never been kind ....people deserve authentic loving friends at their wedding.
what makes me the sickest about Karen is when she picks up Amy's grandbabies snuggling them with Amy standing right there!!!! She was already messing around with Amy's husband before the divorce now she needs to stick her nose in with the grandbabies.

Yes, she tells him off. Even made him change his grandson’s diaper which I know was a struggle for him. Good for him😀 It’s amazing how they can be totally different for the person they really want to be with.

Me too it really bothers me when Karen picks up Amy's grand babies like she's their grandmother. She does it right in Amy's face. It shows what a lousy human being she is!!
It seems that Matt was unequivocal the head of that household. What he went and the children in return always side with him, or at the very least can never say anything against him. It’s a very unnatural way to treat a mother who was there for them their whole lives.
Amy you are a HERO to your family and friends and whoever comes your way. Your kindness have been given in the most sincereness way. Having you as a FRIEND is sooo so precious. You can stand on your own, whenever someone aggravates you. You just walk away from trouble and yet you solve the problem in your own fashionable way, you are a woman with GOQOD INTENTIONS and sincereness. Chris and you goes well like peanut butter and jelly. You both respect each other and the most important value is that you both enjoy the LOVE you share each other. I’m happy for them. Chris appears to be a better fit for her heart. Matt seemed to have difficulty being kind to Amy. And Amy did not feel respected or valued and so there was a sensitivity there.
Amy and her bf focus on their relationship and her family. When you start a relationhip based on honesty trust and respect, you don't care about other people's relationships. All Matt and his gf do is complain about Amy. When you start out with dishonesty, cheating and the like, all you keep doing is focusing on is the other person because you've been doing it for so long while you cheated and snuck around. Matt is an abusive person too. You can see it in every interaction with Amy. He can't stop himself from trying to correct her or put ehr down even when he has no clue what he's talking about
Amy seems so happy, I have watched LPBW from first season, and you can just see how over the moon she is for Chris.... congrats to Amy and Chris ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ And I see that Chris loves Amy just as much, I am happy for a happy ending

I would send the invite to Matt Roloff and guest because he has not proposed to Caryn and if they break up, Matt can bring a friend or whatever. After all Caryn called Matt a hoarder and I don't think that went over to well. Just my thoughts. I'm so glad Amy and Chris found each other and that proposal was very moving.
Patti Willoby Exactly! I’m also tired of her putting Matt under the bus like she had no part to play in why their marriage fell apart. In the end I say “Amy you married the guy and stayed married all those years. It could not have been all that bad.” I would not have watched the show had it not been for Matt, he carried the storyline.
She always sounds insecure and craves for sympathy from her “girlfriends” who I think are both limelight seekers and obviously from Chris. Her problem with Chris though is that Chris likes Matt. She always brings up Matt because it always brings attention to herself.
I agree as a newer fan. I am getting the impression at least she kinda feels sorry for herself and doesn't quite know her place,. That isn't Matts fault.
After watching past seasons of their show I saw how Amy was such a big part of their divorce. She allowed her unaddressed issues to destroy their marriage. She kepted the house like a trash bin and even with paid help she didn’t want it kepted clean. Matt was way to involved in his projects and missed important ceremonies of his children’s lives so he played a role by not addressing his faults too. Amy was sooo critical even after Matt succeeded on al of them. They had a huge communication barrier and were opponents versus a couple. Jacob was left sooo alone bc they fought each other and pursued themselves toward the ending episodes. Karen jumped in to a situation that she took full advantage of but neither Amy or Matt truly tried to compromise and make goals to do better

Amy , Chris and Matt.. Please Please, strap Jackson in the car seat when he is in the the all terrain vehicle.. I have personally seen small people, regular size people thrown in to the dash or any other object when a bump happens unexpectedly.. Please for the sake of your precious child, protect him against accidents. I just have a hard time seeing the precious child not secured in the car seat in the all terrine vehicles..
Sometimes in this type of situation, differences may rise at a personal engagement that is meant for the current groom, and bride. The ex husband might feel out of place. It is best that he pardon himself out of this wedding. There are far more family events that he sould get involved with, and they are Children's special events like weddings, christenings, and graduations. Not exwife wedding.
He has moved on. It is funny to read comments with bias opinions. Look, they didn't get along... It takes two to make a marriage and takes two to break a marriage.... It happens. Amy isn't perfect either. She isn't my favorite on the show. I don't dislike her but I will agree with Matt regarding one thing... I personally do not gravitate toward people that CANNOT make a decision. That is Amy 100%. You see it on the show with your own eyes. Matt is a bit intense and pushy. He isn't perfect either. It didn't make for a good combination, She was lucky to even find someone else to marry. That isn't easy to do at our age.....
Amy has confidence issues from being bullied as a child. She is working on it. And she now has a supportive partner in Chris to help her with that. (BTW - Chris is one classy guy...I have never heard him ill-speak Matt or Karen). Karen, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired as a woman....She is not at all sensitive to Amy's feelings in this very awkward situation they find themselves in, and even worse, ill-speaks Amy instead of coaching Matt on how to be tolerant...to be the bigger person.
Chris you da man...Amy you deserve hapiness. If you are happy with Chris then go for it. All the best guys. Love and hapiness is all that matters. Amy, from one mother to another....you did an excellent job raising your family and sacrificed a whole lot. Live your life and enjoy every moment of it. See your life with Chris as a new beginning with a blank canvas. Chris, Amy is a queen and you must treat her and make her feel that way. Husbands benefit greatly when their wives are happy.

Chris gave a respectable, honest answer. For whatever reason, Matt seems like a man who moves on, but waits for an opportunity to throw backhand darts. But Amy has reinvented herself with many skilled talents that have probably been repressed and devalued before. While Chris has never been married, he seems open and willing to give everything in the marriage process. And his personality is similar to my step father's.

I think it's sick when a marriage ends but the mother of the groom keeps s friendship with her ex daughter in law and isn't accepting or nice to her new daughter in law. It's not me I'm speaking of. I wont mention names. I'm a member of the family I'm talking about.

I remarried 40 years ago id never ever ask my ex to my wedding ..hes not part of amys life and that girlfriend matt has no way ..just my kids and grandkids would be invited ..

I find it very disrespectful for both parties to put each other under the bus. It must be incredibly difficult to be around one parent putting the other parent down. I thought this was a Christian family even though you could not tell by watching the show. So sad.

Why take a chance that something sarcastic or defensive gets said at your wedding by someone who has not been on your side for years and years? After everything Amy has been through and all the dreams she had to give up when she didn't want to, why should she have to gamble that ONE day on people she can not trust? Forgiveness is one thing, trust is another.
Handy to use your ex-partner to help with the grand kids getting ready for the wedding. Just help with behind the scenes, when extra hands is helpful and your cannot be their or your busy with other stuff. This is a way they show support for your new marriage.
Glad to see that she and her ex found love again with someone else, they both moved on with other people. I would not attend an ex husband wedding, that is a bit too much.
