I'm 63 now. Been in love with trance 20+ years and I'm like an island where I live here in Arizona. Few listen to this stuff, particularly because there's no radio stations that play trance and the like and few go out of their sphere looking for something new. Everyone is shocked I love it so much at my age. Most call it techno. I wish people would give it more of a chance because it's made such a profound difference in my life in how and what I feel. I know it would help them. I'm alone and would give anything to find a woman that enjoys it as much as I do, but that's not likely to happen around here so I'm stuck. This is my first time listening to you play. Great job and good track choice! Good Luck in your future!
I'm from 1968 and still want to deliver the institution for social research from frankfurt to munich with groovy music vibes, because i want to stop them wardriving the whole world with wrong things. 200 years ago the world was much better. The people from today dont know what art is and what enginering should be. Francfort school should live on❤
Why do people here have to tell their age if they like this kind of music? It doesn't matter at all whether you are young, old or very old! Just enjoy this wonderful music. I've been doing that too, for decades 😉 (for the ones whom doesn't read between the lines, I'm an old fart too 😁)
I am 40 and still look like I am 20 I do enjoy this music much as I did back in a day, to listen to it from time to time whenever I feel like it, just as easily others don't. We all like different things, one group can like this others something else, no matter the age. So it's pointless to debate. EVEN 20 or 30 year old often tell for themselves they are old ... so what is your point, there is none. Just like I said. Same as how maybe 20 to 15 years ago also wasnt much of a difference what age you are since mixed generations listened to electronic music anyways. Especially the ones baked out of their minds, again different generations of stoners too, not just the young get high or listen to "weird music" ... You do you just saying overall its pointless to debate about age. Its easy to find a person of all ages in this scene when for example if 20 years ago a person was 40 or 50 today that person is 60 or 70 now so yeah chances are one way or another you will still enjoy this today and you will find old people in this music scene. Heck especially when you go deaf electronic music such as this is the easier to process then before. I know plenty of people who were deaf and listened to this, probably due to hard bass kicks and bass lines that they can actually feel rather then hear. Other music to them sounds like dead noise to us normal people.
im 44, there is no such thing as too old when it comes to music, been in love with trance since the early 90s, it's a passion that will die with me, my kids always ask when I'm going to grow up and the answer is always the same, never 😂😂😂😂
At 52 years old, I still love this kind of music. What a wonderful set with great flow. I've been noticing more and more female DJs lately and I have to say, I really like it.
Amy since you joined Anjunabeats in 2018, you have made fantastic progress. I hope you will never leave the Trance scene and continue to develop as a producer. Great set. Love it
Thank you for these absolutely amazing sound vibes! I enjoyed every minute of them 🎵 ❤ They pulled out and sent to deep space my inner self 😉 Very enjoyable 👍😌
Honestly i got the whole In Search of Sunrise vibe on this one, you should carry on with its franchise. First female artist to mix the ISOS collection.
Awesome set! Even at 54, I began my journey in '91, Los Angeles, in the Underground and have never looked back! Techno was my foundation, that has blossomed into various branches of appreciation, and the same goes to my Wife, whom is 54 also, but her beginnings were in the Underground scene in San Francisco, same year, 1991. Thank you for this set! And thank you Anjunadeep for showcasing such great talent!
Love this. Listening to trance for over 20 years and always refreshing to see a great new DJ. Tunes I can dance down (run) trails to and make it up steep uphills driving me on.
Deepest blue Sister ;) You are awesome, probably only a little gem of p people that knows what we are talking about. Is it a sin, see you Amy, keep on rockin
Thank you @anjunabeats, for sending me here! Hope you end up coming over to the states at some point! First-time listener and DEFINITELY NOT last time!
