In a sea of mediocre "rock" since the 90s finished, this is a breath of fresh air. Music that doesn't come across as being toned down to appeal to the masses, just proper fucking raw music.

They're just so cool. They're just such a perfect display of Australian punk. The clothing like what the Sharpies used to wear, singing unashamedly in an Aussie accent and using Aussie terms and phrases. Just such a breath of fresh air.

The best punk rock is dangerous and vulnerable. Every generation produces a band that rocks that line to perfection. Amyl and the Sniffers is a gift to the past, present, and future.

saw these guys in Brighton at the haunt a few years back , my mate only discovered them a few weeks before the show, was amazed to find out they had only recently formed , was totally blown away, the energy was amazing !! and I have a great photo of Amy stage diving with me underneath her holding her up :o only wish id gone to the pipeling afterwards and i could have hung out with them all like my mates did :)))
