German Daniel Altmaier pulled off the latest shock of this year's French Open after knocking out eighth seed Jannik Sinner in a five-set epic lasting 5 hours and 26 minutes. Italian Sinner saw two match points go as Altmaier battled back to claim a famous victory and move into round three.
