Hello Mr ARD, the word Vreed -en-Hoop is a Dutch word, and the meaning is Peace and hope, Guyana was first ruled by the Dutch people so most of the names of places in Guyana 🇬🇾 were named by the Dutch and Arawaks, very few unusual names were named by the Spaniards, I want to congratulate you for all the good work you’re doing for all those unfortunate people, god bless you so deeply, you’re doing a awesome job, keep doing what you’re doing in all of god’s blessings,💯🙏❤️
Greetings to you and your family. Viewing from Brazil. Nice work. Form the time I started watching your show, Mikey Spice was just a little kid. Boy he has grown into a fine young man. He looks like his mother. Thanks for keeping the Guyanese abroad up to date. The fruits are expensive.
I love watching your videos Mr ARD. I totally agree with your take on the horse drawn carts in Guyana. A few years ago i made those same comments on facebook when i was in Guyana. I had suggested that since the government was giving out grants and helping small business that they should give these guys a grant and help them to buy vehicles instead of using the carts. And who make not want to drive the vehicle help them to start up other businesses. Many countries as do away with horse drawn carts even our little caribbean islands. It hurt me when i saw how some of the owners would ill treat these animals. Aso if we want to be like developing nations then we should not have the high smell of horse urine in some places when you in the city. I do hope that those in authority will come up with a solution of getting these horse drawn carts off the street.
Hi danny good nite to you and your lovely family. My family and i dont miss none of your videos. You are doing such a great work in guyana you making everyone want to come home .
Hi Danny, we enjoy watching your videos❤ especially the the scenic ones within Georgetown, East and West Coast Demerara, new developments and along the other public roads. We barely recognize these places. We would appreciate it when you drive along to give a shout out of the neighborhoods/places you're enterinng. Because of you, being such a good Ambassador of Guyana, we're planning a trip in 2024! (after 13 years). Keep up the great work you're doing❤
Those fruits are extremely expensive. That amount of oranges in Canada/Us is probably around $5 and the avocadoes would be about $3 each. It crazy that those fruits are so expensive in Guyana.
What would the horse cart drivers do with the horse and cart if they stop them? My input to that opinion is.... give them a timings to be on the streets and not all day long at any time and place... that's all " these people only know that job from Dunna.... wen...and have families to feed. Plus some of them don't know to drive a engine moving vehicle the only thing they know to drive is horse cart...... I remember wen I used to jump on for a ride now every body or almost everyone have a car smh!! What they gonna do with a canter, polish it an watch it.
