Ziro in Lower Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh is one of the most picturesque places in North-East India. It is inhabited by the Apatanis who are known for their traditional agricultural practices. At an altitude ranging from 500 ft to 8500 ft above sea level, it presents a cool pleasant summer, a contrast from hot and humid places just a hundred kilometers around it.
