I'm so appreciative of this beautiful budget Target makeup. For those like me who are retired and on a strict budget, it's a relief to have it confirmed that we can still have a beautiful makeup experience and not have to feel like we're overspending. I used to be able to buy everything I wanted at Nordstrom and Saks, but now I'm enjoying spending my discretionary budget money on travel. But I still want to look as good as I did when I was working.

I love the elf hydrating camo concealer. And wet n wild had a tinted hydrating skin tint. I use that daily for my foundation. I also love the Milani tubing mascara.

I am in total love with the ELF brow pencil. I’ve been on a hunt for years to find a pencil that wasn’t too dark or too light. Trust me- you will swear this is high end!
Beautiful look. If I could only spend $25 I would get the L’Oréal true match foundation, I do like the elf camo concealer. I would do a cream blush that I could use on my lips as well, and mascara. I also love the Nyx eyeliner you mentioned. I think I’m out of money but I love the butter bronzer from physicians formula. Thanks Lisa.

I love this look!!! I always feel like I “have to’ wear only cool colors, but I am going to try this look for sure! I have green eyes, so hoping the eyeshadow will make my eyes “ POP!” I believe there were more steps with this look compared to the eye crayon cream sticks from Jane Iredale, but it’s nice to have two different looks for summer depending on what I’m wearing I guess.
Lisa, another beautiful look! I love many of the products you used here, especially the Loreal Lash primer!!!! If I only had $25 dollars to spend on make up I'd buy the Wet and Wild tinted Hydrator ($5), Essence Mascara ($5) **not my fav but can use in a pinch**, Elf Bite Size Eyeshadow Pallette ($3), Rimmel Bronzer ($4) and Revolution Dewey Cheeks ($7).
My favourite drugstore concealer I've just found recently is Milani conceal and perfect in Rose Ivory. Finally found a good concealer and in my right shade 😁
It’s so helpful how you describe the motions and technique - and why- as you do. I would buy Elf’s putty primer- it’s a must for my large pores and evening my skins texture (I’m convinced it is why I get so many compliments on my skin) I’d also get Revlon’s concealer, brow liner.. that may already be $25 but a Burt’s bees lip conditioning balm is a must

I wouldn’t go to target I would spend it at Walmart and buy all Elf products. Foundation $3.30 Mascara $6 Brow $3 Lip $6 Blush $3 Eyeshadow bite size $3 $24.30 then scrape the bottom of my purse for change to include tax 😊

We don't have Target in the UK and, unfortunately, we don't get all the shades available for a lot of products (or indeed all of the products/brands)!!! Thankfully, every product you used in the vid IS available over here 😀 I prefer cool toned eye looks but I absolutely love the one you created for us in this vid. I especially loved the depth and shaping to the outer corners. So very pretty. I love your videos! Your teaching approach is very professional, calming, & transparent. Would you please consider getting a bit closer to the camera, especially for example, the eye application? The background décor is awesome. However, it's the makeup application instruction that, to me, is most helpful. Also, as you utilize your makeup brushes, if you could (on the screen and/or) verbalize the actual BK number, in the event we would like to purchase them. Having the links at the end would also be greatly appreciated. I did notice that you named the type of brush & explained its purpose, which is great information. Again, Thank you!!!
Yes. She has beautiful skin and not sure why they use filters. Every foundation looks exactly the same! Take off the filters so we can truly see it. She’s awesome and I love her personality and teaching ability but tell those editors to take. Off. The. Filters.
I love the Flawless Finish foundation from Elf. It rivals many high end foundations. I'd buy the Elf foundation, the Elf brow gel, the Exhibitionist mascara from Covergirl, the Luminous putty blush and bronzer from Elf, one of the Elf shadow sticks, and the lingerie lipgloss from NYX in Honeymoon. Im sure I've gone over $25! Love your eye look. And you have me hooked on the NYX Bronze eyeliner. It's exceptional. Perfection!❤❤💋💋

I've been curious about the Elf foundation, I'll give it a try. You're right as bout the Nyx eyeliner, I have the exact shade you're using and it's one of the best affordable eyeliners.
I love the That’s Taupe (browns) and the Just My Luck (greens). I have brown eyes and really like how they look. That’s Taupe is my all time favorite pallet though. Very cool toned and gorgeous.

I've switched from Covergirl to L'Oreal for foundation. It has serum in it and my face has gotten so dry plus it has SPF-50. I use the e.l.f cream check color, their wow brow, and a few others. I was on colorpop earlier today and I couldn't get it to go to checkout. I'll try again later.maybe they are having site issues.

No one seems to answer my question, so I am go to try and ask again. I’m 58 years old and love to wear a shimmer on the center of my lid but the shimmer transfers to my brow bone. I’ve used many eye primers but nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong?

The on,y thing I heard about was the relocation of products for a particular group of people. In my opinion, this is a very strong reaction. And, also not sure why people are making a big deal over ingredients of these products. If they want to know, they need to read the labels.
