For me, seeing you as yourself is like an example how we should stick to our ‘true self’ when we get older. I watched the videos from your Dutch channel when I was younger and I’m 14 now and I’m still watching them! I personally like both vibes. I’m still a little bit too childish and I like to wear colorful clothes. But I also like that you are more yourself on this channel and it’s very calming.
Really nice video 😋, it was a nice relaxed video that actually gave me more of an appreciation for just the things in life that aren’t as flashy and exciting or busy as in most youtube videos- or the constant battle of our attentionspan on tiktok, instagram or youtube reels. This video just made my brain calm down, enjoy and be more reflective

Djamila, you were my childhood, and as I was growing up I felt like I was drifting away from your Dutch account, because I felt like I "out grew" your content. I have been to two of your concerts, I had all your summerbooks and I always tried to get into your Fan Friday videos, so it was hard for me to realise that you wouldn't be in my life forever. Or so I thought. As I was browsing around on RU-vid, I saw this video pop up, and I learned that you had created a new RU-vid account, an account that is very different from your other account's content. I watched your videos, and I think a part of me truly bursted from excitement. Djamila, I am so glad to have found you again., and I am truly so excited for all your upcoming content. This feels so weird... Back in the day I was your biggest fan. You were like an OBSESSION to me! FanFriday just got released and I was always busy making drawings and posting it on insta to make it into your videos. After some time I got older and I lost interresed because I simply started to like more ''mature'' videos. Your channel RANDOMLY came up today in my recommended and it made me confused, because it was nothing like the roblox and toy videos you make now a days. I checked it out and got super excited from the moment I heard you were having a channel for more ''mature'' content. I have been a fan for sooo long and it makes me really happy to see you making content for people my age! Right now: I'm almost 19 y/o, studing a bachelor in nursing, and working 4 jobs. One of those jobs is babysitting, and the kid (6 y/o) is always watching your videos and tiktoks. It kinda feels nostaligic. Woow echt goed hoe je omgaat met Dubbele kanalen, ook dat je in de vorige video zei, i mean, het is niet voor iedereen makkelijk om achter die muur uit te komen, maar it is true als je zegt, de wereld is mooier dan je denkt, ik dos zelf zingen, en maak daar mijn passie in, ik zelf heb je al is gezien in Utrecht, maar toen wist ik niet eens wie je was, ik zelf ben 32, en toen ik de serie van Misfits keek en daarna de film, dacht ik, hey haar heb ik gezien in utrecht, in het zelfde tentje waar ik mijn bubble thea haalde, en opfecht ik heb al veel geleerd alleen vannuit de films, en serie, echt tegek hoe het is gemaakt, ik hou persoonlijk ook veel van muziek, en een goeie bubblr tea natuurlijk! Hiii, ik keek naar jouw video’s sinds ik 8 jaar was! De afgelopen 2/3 jaar kijk ik er niet heel veel meer naar, omdat ik wat ouder ben geworden. Laatst zag ik m’n favo video van vroeger van jouw weer voorbij komen en ik ging met m’n gedachten helemaal weer terug naar die goede oude tijden ❤❤ ik ben nu bijna 16 en ik ben blij dat je dit kanaal hebt aangemaakt. omg, i remember going to your concert two times a few years go in groningen. i was so happy to finally see you back then, but i grew up and stopped watching your videos every day, and now that i'm a little older, and you're making videos for an older audience i can start watching again
omg I LOVED the concerts so much. During the pandemic I gave up all hopes of ever performing again but it seems like society has picked up again, so who knows again one day :)

When I was younger I watched so many videos on your old channel - I loved your energy. But since I became older, I stopped liking the VERY expressive energy because it made me kinda get headaches. I randomly saw this and I was like 'This looks calm, you know what. Let's watch it.' And thankfully I made the choice, this calmed me so much ngl.
