An Afternoon of Trains in Manteca and Modesto: BNSF Warbonnet, Amtrak Doubleheader, and More

On Saturday, July 13th, 2024, I met up with a couple buddies that I have not seen in a long time in Modesto after work for some late afternoon train action. Knowing that I would have to get up EARLY the next day for the Big Boy Chase over Donner (video link here: • Union Pacific Big Boy ... ), I called it a day early and went home to prepare for a long but fun day!
