This is excellent. I had never seen him approach people or interview them before and found it both fascinating and charming. He's done a lot to humanize people - from NYC, from other countries, living in a variety of conditions. Watch his TEDx talk if you can on "The Good Story".

"The photography and the camera come secondary" - while that may very well be, just try striking up a conversation with people without having a reason to talk to them. In his mind, they may be secondary but in the mind of the people he interviews, it's the primary reason why they talk to him.
