That Belgium -Holland match had everything to be exciting , nervracking & very close !! Well done Boys , the quarter final against Australia promises to be a rematch of last year .
Not sure how that works that so much negative energy can work for you, but, hey... Dmitry not going to Kim immediately after he hit the double was bad style though, and really speaks volumes about these guys. They can say what they want, that they will "stick together" to win for their country, but, that's a pure ego show.
@@chakko007 Well maybe but every other team that won, the winner player did the same. And in the interview afterwards Dmi did nothing but praise Kim the first 4 answers he gave. So eh, maybe, maybe not.
Yeah was basically a local Derby between big bro Netherlands and little bro Belgium. And for NL it wasn't just a gimme team they were up against, Belgium has world class talent there, probably the most lethal un-2nd-round-seeded team there is. Germany - Poland was also a neighbour affair - Had hoped Poland could get Germany to 7-7 but alas, good match! Ratajski and Schindler and Clemens are all pretty equal but the 2nd Polish guy was fed to the lions and just needs more time to mature his game.
I was laughing a lot when they were doing those happy/angry shouting in each other’s faces celebrations 😂 whatever their needle is it was hilarious to watch
Go Germany 🇩🇪 Belgium is also entertaining to watch, how emotional they play together after their personal problems. And I'm also not sur-price-d that Wales showed a very good game
I LOVE this tournament. Firstly, my team Wales absolutely smashed it, Jonny and Gezzy have an amazing partnership and compliment each other so so well. If they play like this they'll win the tournament. England won quite comfortably which i expected and they didnt even have to play at their best. Then the next two matches were simply unbelievable. I predicted that the final 2 matches of the evening will be the best and closest matches and they didnt disappoint. That match between Belgium and Netherlands was absolutely brilliant, such a close match and they were going neck and neck until Belgium upped it a level to get the break and then Netherlands came right back to take it to a last leg decider and i told my brother that one player will make the difference here and i feel like its gonna be Dimi and as soon as i say that Dimi hits the 171 to leave 94 and then comes back for the D16 and with all the drama that ensued with him walking away from the oche and then engaging the crowd, it reminded me of last year at the Dutch darts masters on the World series where he did a similar thing against Dirk in the final and then turned around and hit the D16 first go, i said to my bro hes gonna get it first go and my word did he hit it well. Dimi is smashing it this tournament and Kim is playing a big part for Belgium as well. The tie vs Australia is gonna be so awesome i just cannot wait to see Dimi and Damon, the 2 best mates who live together, go head to head for their countries. The final match was highly anticipated as well and i knew it will be close and it was, both teams having chances to break but no one managing to get the break and after 13 consecutive holds, it was Gabriel Clemens who came good at the crucial moment for Germany with that 180 to leave 24 and even after Shindy messed up and left 3, Gaga just came back and went pop pop on probably the hardest 2 dart combination there is to seal the victory and put Germany into the quarters where they face England which is gonna be quite a stunning tie. What amazing drama and i feel like tomorrow is gonna be even better. Simply cant wait.
There's nothing quite like having to being teamed up with a person you don't like or even hate. The moment you both can make the switch to "f*ck it, I want that success" is not comparable to anything else. The energy it sets free is just unreal I personally have found friends this way.
@@Lexngton huybrechts and van den Bergh actually dont like each other. On the game on thuraday, they didnt even bother to look at each other, and would definetly not give a high five or a check after each throw... but they seem to have talked it out a bit and even though it was obvious theyre still not friends, they both seem to want the success
Playing for the man next to you and your country adds an absurd level of energy. The nerves, the intensity. This tournament is my favorite of the year outside of the world championship.
Too bad Benjamin from Denmark could not keep up the Round 1 excellence. But now he has tried to play against the world stars of Wales. Vlad seemed nervous too and the level just wasn't there against Wales - Fair play to Wales.
I must admit I absolutely love the emotions in these team games. Especially Holland vs Belgium. Something you can not see when they play single games. Very enjoyable
Dutch v Belgium - what a watch! Love watching Kim and Dimi's energy now they've sorted it out! Wales breezing thru.. England doing the job.. and Germany coming up clutch.. gotta love the darts.
Gabriel Clemens has got the classiest and most elegant throw in the world of darts. I'm Czech but I wish Germany could go on and win the title for the fantastic fans. The recent event in Leverkusen, the atmosphere was absolutely nuts!
I love how if anyone watching this didn’t know, they’d think, and look at Dirk as being aggressive etc, but no, just a kind of, come on bro, we’ve got this lol
The iceman and the Ferret were BOTH clinical in scoring and on their doubles to dispatch a defiant 🇩🇰 Denmark pairing...8-2 reflected the dominance...England looked good in patches but could have dispatched Latvia much earlier imo...need to be more ruthless on the finishing front...A good win nevertheless and u can only beat whats put in front of you...Scotland look happy and i think GA is pulling PW along with him and in little spells he is responding...Teams beware of Scotland bcoz if these 2 turn up on song they can beat any1...Great too see the Belgium team feeding off each other again on the oche...its a team game so long may the arrangement they have struck continue for their benefit and as a spectacle to us viewers...Roll on the Q.Finals I say peeps!!!...🎯🏴🎯🏴🎯🏴
Was van Duijvenbode massively pissed at Noppert? That chest bump almost looked like they was about to be a fight and Noppert backing out like "Dude, chill"
@@Lkasssx thats true, but again we end up in 2 round. Just somehow poland can't pass that no matter how good team was. But yes - the history what poland write in match against lithuania was amazing
@@swirtrollszarman106 they did. In the end Germany just had the better nerves and the better timing coming up with the big scores and finishing. But the polish eagle and kciuk did play really well. And I'm sorry for the booing the crowd gave them, i really dislike it
@@Lkasssx You should say not germany but clemens. Schindler was again feeling lost sometimes in the match which happen to him lot of timeś in this season in ET, but Clemens really grow up in mental way. I wish polands players grow it too. Just if only crowd wasnt did like english did, then i will be a 100% German fan now:P
I hate this World Cup so much 😂 I think I have never been so unlucky in a tournament. Do you know the feeling when EVERYTHING, but really EVERYTHING goes the way you don't like it to go? haha
Does anyone else have the impression that the teams to play against each others were chosen by the most similar shirt?😂 (I know that they're picked randomly, it just hit me watching this and I always had to think about which player on thestage is of which country)
@Morgan Dunn Ah, ok. I talked to him, and he says he has no problem with you, so I was just wondering. He's upset you think England is overrated, though.
@@BlueHopi144 tooth opp that genuine can’t tell if it’s a joke or not dirk is a great player in is own right though n sometimes you just have hold your hands up n say the other team was better on the night
Fand ich auch absolut respektlos gegenüber den Polen. Die beiden sind echt sympathisch und haben ein geiles Turnier gespielt, aber ist halt leider typisch deutsch...
I still think those top 4 sides shouldn’t have been seeded through to the last 16. Get 4 more teams and have groups of 4 instead. To some in these groups of 3 if you lose your opening game you’re as good as out anyway so it still needs changing to groups of 4 and no seeding. I mean it’s already set up so they’re attempting to get an England wales final. They think that’s what we want. If it happens it happens but you’ll find the fans prefer shock results to the big boys always facing each other
