Build is super rudimentary, doesn't look like too much thought went into it. Looks like a raw utilitarian built it.

Honestly looks good, although I would've just turned the seat into a pull out w/storage and added the restroom and solar panels. Then again I've never seen an ambulance that wasn't half storage

I have an old city bus I use for these trips. I don't fly either. Mobility issues and being overweight along with medical issues that are worsens with flying are all reasons I don't fly either when going long distances.

The old H bottle compartment makes for a great wet bath...

I've got a few sitting here. Thought about converting them. But also think about how many dopeheads are going to try to break in when it's unattended, or I'm sleeping, looking for drugs. But I see the potential. Plus flip them lights on and get thru traffic easy

Ambulance campers are great. But I've never been able to figure out riding kiddos safely in one.

I rode an ambulance for many years and thought they'd make a great camper. You have to choose carefully. I certainly wouldn't buy any of the ones from where I worked...those things were rode hard and put away wet...

Fantastic, it has to have a toilet and a shower for god sake. Congrats. I cant stand with those without a bathroom, it doesn't make any sense to me.

Exhaust fan in the shower?? Perfectly dark place for mold, mildew, especially with that heavy door. Thought you said "family". Only room for one other person. Just too heavy, tank-like.
