ATTENTION APPLE FANS. Apple's newest flagship store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago is UNREAL!
People started lining up hours before the doors officially with Apple CEO, Tim Cook, Illinois Governor, Bruce Rauner, and Chicago Mayor, Rahm Emanuel at the store for the festivities.
The design brings the outside indoors with a Prairie School-style architecture with the roof resembling a MacBook along the Chicago River. This new store was built to help bring the community together. Enjoy!!

♥️ Cool vid and soooo strange watching during pandemic when in Michigan, our Apple stores all RECLOSED Apr 16, 2021 and it’s May 10, 2021. So odd seeing everyone packed in and living their best life with ZERO knowledge of what was to become later. I LOVE Chi-Town and hearing THIS rendition of MY Detroit Temptations song!! I know I’m late I live in St. Louis and the Gucci store opened I was in the long line and there was a shooting going so we were so scared everybody had to leave and all the people were mean and now im planning to move to Chicago and those people look so nice in Chicago wow that apple store though

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it, Justin. I really liked the wood ceilings, but probably my favorite part is the glass walls. It makes you feel like you are outside, and it is an amazing view looking out to the Chicago River.

No, it's definitely not a dumb question. The older Apple Store at 676 N Michigan is now closed. The one in Lincoln Park is still open.

Joel McFarlin I went to this Apple store, and it was great! A nice day helps, but every time I go to Chicago, it's always dark and depressing. But they picked a good spot for the Apple store. Thanks for responding!

Thanks for the video. When I saw on other videos where it was, I wondered how it would be visible to people not familiar with the area because its not directly on Michigan. Its more over to the side. But the beginning of your video shows they redid the area so it is visible from the street.
