Thanks for watching & commenting! I've never ridden at Mountain Creek but want to. There might be some gopro effect here. I think this trail would be a double black just about anywhere in the country simply because it has sustained ~40 degree slopes into tight turns or rock gardens. If you don't have decent brake control you could really hurt yourself.
This trail used to have mandatory gaps where the wooden ramps are(which mostly likely led to the rating)- so it has definitely been made easier; but I assure you the rock garden/technical portions are on par with stuff like Death Metal Lunch or the Bobs.
