After a very busy month running two ultras, after last weekend's 110K adventure with @RatRaceAdventure, I thought I'd switch gears this weekend, reduce the mileage and enjoy myself!
After a 10k in the morning, a gait analysis with Up & Running at lunch, I finished my Sunday in style at the Team Caterpillar BBQ and Barkley Marathons'esque backyard ultra! Needless to say I had a wonderful time!
