Dan's villager voice has gotta be one of the most iconic voices in youtube animation.

For anyone wondering: Layout: This is the rough draft of what the animation should look like Animation: Smooths out all the animations to make them look more realistic Render: Adds lighting. This is why the bottom 2 usually are darker than the others. Post effects: Adds partials and other things like more realistic flames and glow. This is more or less the final draft

A lot of people right now are raging with the fact they haven't uploaded in 7 months. Lemme tell you this, Animation takes a LOT of time and plus, they are working with Minecraft, which means they are probably not releasing a video very soon, but atleast in the following monthes. They have lives too, so they will not upload Villager News everyday or every month. Animation is hard and so you just need to be patient longer. And when they release a video, it will be worth the wait.

Let me be emotional here, Element Animation is the only minecraft animation channel that is still alive from my childhood, and it's just a bliss to watch them bring Egg's Guide back. Thank you guys for the great work man.

This really shows how much time and effort goes into these videos. I would love to see more of these behind the scenes while you work on the next episode. Thanks a lot for making these.

everyone be patient, animating videos at this quality takes a long time and the state the world is in is probably also contributing to making the videos take longer

This is basically the reason why they take so long to upload. We gotta appreciate Quality over Quantity!

Everyone, don't ask where the vids are, they are working on it, they are taking long to make videos is because the want to make it better for everyone to watch, do you want an unrendered and low effort videos from them?

I love the comedic or responsible thing to do intro in every single one of your videos. Honestly, no one seems to care, but its really nice of them to do.

If you know Element Animation gave Villagers a voice before Mojang gave them sounds in the game you deserve a medal (or whatever u want xd)

I love how they improved that content, so much detail in Humor and Storytelling is so smooth to watch

All things aside about wanting element back, we have to appreciate that the animation team made a better looking minecraft build outside of minecraft than most people can make inside of minecraft

The current state of Element Animation as of June 9, 2020: -They are working on Zombie Rap, Pillager Songs (Idk what that is), and presumably Egg's Guide Part 19 -Animation takes a while, especially in their case when the quality is so good, that's a given -Videos have to be 10 minutes long or more to qualify for ads and appear in recommended -It also costs money, they'll probably do more sponsored announcements like the Honey one -Villager News: WAR! is their longest and most difficult to make video so far, it was originally 15 minutes and took 9 months to make due to the crazy amounts of movement per shot -They just released Part 18 just over 2 months ago after a 4 year hiatus, so it could be so much worse -On top of everything, the coronavirus is probably slowing work down

This was incredibly insightful. I noticed that the textures were changed from the current ones to the older ones to match the time period. Great attention to detail there and incredible simulated effects! Reminds me once again of how much he I love this channel.

I find it a little disappointing reading all of these new comments coming out rushing and berating the team behind these wonderful animations. Animation takes time people! Especially when everyone has different work flows, and different schedules.Let them go at their own pace, not at the pace YOU wish to set for them, and not everyone can magically create an animation every day when they don’t have a massive studio behind them like the “my animated story” channels.

Alright let me explain to everyone about what’s probably going on. So obviously they have not posted for a while, they tend to do this. There is probably like two people on the job, compared to black plasma studios were they have many people working. Also I assume he has a real job and Covid is just making it worse for him, or he’s going into college. But honestly these people commenting on the vids each day is probably still giving him money, but I don’t think he is a dead channel. Just a little behind. THESE ARE ALL JUST IDEAS I DO NOT KNOW IF THEY ARE CORRECT. Please like the comment so more people see.

So you guys in the comment section gotta chill out. Like seriously, videos like these take a really REALLY long time to make, especially if it's only a small team doing so. We're talking music, storyboarding, animating, rendering, it's a lot. Another thing is, learn to be patient. Since a few of you are complaining, I bet you either haven't been here for very long or are pretty young. Basically, you're gonna have to get used to a 6 month - 1 year waiting period. I know, a long time. But I guarantee it's worth it-gotta value quality over quantity, and we also have to be forgiving, remember there's a global pandemic still going on.
