My grandmother met & supported Emelune and the Suffragette movement. My dad [ b1915] told me of his mum going to London to support the movement. My granny was a strong person who never spoke of her support to me but dad remembered . So glad he told me.

Enjoyed this video - as a Canadian with British & Scottish ancestry (my grandfather was a born and bred Londoner that fought in WWI & my Nana was a proud Scot from Aberdeen ) I enjoy your video documentaries. Such brave women to fight for their convictions!

Thank you for creating, and uploading this interesting video. Emmeline is one of my personal heroes. I'm proud to say my home country New Zealand is one of the first countries to give women the right to vote on 19 September 1893. ^^💜🤍💚

Mary popping biography and her life achievements are astounding however 😂 yep.. world for women you know.. Pankhurst and some namely others opened it up
