Good morning to everyone I just had to share the positive I have had the best sleep because of your stories again Stephen I feel so refreshed which is a huge change from before I found your stories I suffered from chronic stress and anxiety now I found I have problems with my heart and am under the hospital but am coping better since my sleep improved it’s 7.19 am I am awake feeling sunny and want to wish anyone who reads this a great day and lots of love I wish you all well and 🥰 thank you Stephen your the best xx

Thank you for this beautiful story! I have trouble sleeping as many do, my daughter passed last May and I’m raising my 13 year old grandson now by myself. My ex’ s health is failing . Oh Stephan, this story is truly magical! I felt so safe and carried away from the troubles of life. I felt happy, loved and so grateful to be escorted through life by the humble giant. Love this story, so gentle! Sometimes at night I tell myself a story. What if my bed was in a bubble and I could go anywhere but in particular my bubble bed takes me the sea to swim with the creatures there and meet the people living in the deep caves and crevices. They are gentle and kind...and sleep on real waterbeds!😊

My father was a huge dude with an enormous heart and I used to always call him a gentle giant-he took his own life in 2010 and I miss him so much every day-I feel like I’m kinda able to reunite with him and spend some time together again in this sleep story. I do love your sleep stories. As soon as I start listening to one, my mind immediately starts to quiet down and I’m usually in a sound sleep within minutes. I love hearing the sound of my cats purring and it’s supposed to be a healing sound as well. It would be interesting if you could incorporate a cat’s purr into your video as a background and continue after you stop telling the story. 😊

Beautiful Artwork too…I have our Son’s picture he painted up in the lounge and our daughter’s she painted in the bedroom. Both Purples and Lilacs our Lounge was Lilacs and a little Purple when our children were growing up…Our daughter’s favourite colours Purple and our youngest daughter is Aqua /Turquoise 💚💙🦢💙 💚mine too but we love Purples too and Lilacs… Happy birth Month of February. My Amethyst Amulet, I wear for my Nana 💖💜💖 born on the 13th February…in heaven now a few years ago. Our Stars in our Night Sky. I was very blessed with all of my Grandparents. My Maternal Grandparents were Scottish 💙🦢💙 and my Paternal Grandparent’s were Irish. ❤️🌻☘️

From someone who has trouble turning down the noise the guided sleep story helps me really get out of my own head, helps me get into the moment and helps me find peace. I have dreams that I'm trying to go to places and once I do I'm teleported to the next spot. I usually start off hiking a hill or mountain trying to find a certain path that leads me up the mountain to the ancient gold tortoise, from there I go to the windy cliff guarded by a gentle dragon. Once passing through the cliffs I end in in either two locations, 1 the long sandy beach with 200 foot swells, with then leads me to a port city then from there to the icy mountains Or 2 I end up in the port city and find a house or house boat but in the kitchen is a hidden elevator and the further down I go the closer I get to the universe and tho more psychic I feel as if my whole brain was working, levitation all that, and then I end up on an ancient island under a purple sun and purple skies that remind me of halo

Hi Steven, I finally stayed awake long enough to hear the whole story it was Awesome I have always had a vivid imagination this was your best yes I enjoyed spending time with the gental giant and the special tree it made me feel special, relaxed and free from worry and passed trauma. Soothing voice and relaxation helping with falling asleep. Sometimes I her most of the story. Sometimes just the tor intro. Thank you for turning off the thoughts so I can sleep. Only thing that is annoying with playlists is sometimes ads come on really loud and wake me up.😠
