Hi Dimitry ! Thanks for commenting. I now draw and feel the pile on my hand as an additional reference point which has been useful. I've never intentionally used length to give room to expand. When I talk about expanding I mean that i am driving my bow arm into the target by pushing out and down from my shoulder joint and slightly rotating my torso clockwise (A fraction). I think the arrow has left or is atleast traveling faster than our bow arm is following through. It does however seem to help stabilise that arm when aiming and control vibrations and stored energy on loose. My bow arm is always relaxed but extended. I never lock out the elbow as this gives me elbow pain and i find that when I shoot with a locked elbow the bow shock because an issue and I struggle to control the shot. People often comment on my bow arm as I will agree that it looks bent! But it is just in the same position as it is if it is hanging by my side - just raised by the shoulder :)
