What I like most about this channel is that he doesn't claim to be an expert like most other fishing channels, and sometimes he'll get skunked, but the large majority of other channels are fishing private ponds where you could literally throw anything out and catch something.

Bait Idea: You know how a ned rig works with a very heavy weight on the bottom and a floating plastic on top? What if you used that heavy wood that sucks for plugs and make the bottom of a nedrig out of heavy wood/lead, and then use plastic or floating wood to make claws: Carved crawfish nedrig

Tom here in Toronto, Canada. I really like your videos. Your content, and your style of information delivery. For the burns, put regular white toothpaste on it, (I use Colgate Regular, it's just what we have, others probably work too, never tried them) then wrap it in toilet paper. the cool mint in the toothpaste sucks the heat out of the burn, removes the pain(not just numbing like pain killers), and prevents blistering. My wife told me about it. She uses a wheel chair and we have a regular house with regular height stove. She gets grease burns often from the frying pan.

A trick I learned in construction was to put Mentholatum on your burns. It burns when you put it on but stops soon! And takes all the burn out and you can even touch it afterwards. Love this bait!

As a fly fisherman on the east coast I hand tie all my own flies, anything I catch fish with was made by my two hands. So I can really appreciate the patience and craftsmanship in the baits you’re making and it’s clearly high quality content and product. With that being said I’d love to own one of your micro crankbaits just for my collection of vintage/handmade baits I think it would be a great addition. Especially since fellas like us are a dying breed.

I was pouring a tail mold with hot plastic, tilted the mold to get bubbles out while also holding pyrex cup, and poured it all over my right hand... ended up in the iowa city burn unit and was out for 2 weeks! be careful and mindful when working on your hobbies! Especially if you're having a little fun while doing so..
