An Evening of Cooking and Laughter 

Jess and I had such a fun time at Nathan and Danna's this week! We had lots of giggles and fun chats as we cooked. Nathan found the coolest trick! Does cilantro taste like soap to you? It does to some people, like me, but not to others, like Nathan and Danna. Knowing I don't like the soapy taste of cilantro, Nathan tried this really cool trick he found - mixing cilantro with mint! The chemical reaction takes away the soapy taste for those that taste it like that, but doesn't end up tasting like mint. I can say that this 100% worked! I have never in my life enjoyed cilantro until now!
