An evening with family members and Tandoor Fish.  

Brought a big fish from the market. Marinated it with chilli, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, fish masala, rock salt, and coconut oil. Fish was covered with banana leaf and covered with silver foil. Almost it took 1/2 hr to tandoor the fish.
Family members and children enjoyed the process. Evening was enjoyable. Having spent such an evening with family members strengthens the bond. #fish #family #entertainment #nostalgia #food
