The Prince of Sophisticated Soul Will Downing returns to Cincinnati for one night only at The Harriet Tubman Theatre in National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. This show will be on December 7th at 7:30 PM. On this night you will hear Mr. Downing's classic catalog and new material from his new release The Promise.
