I just want to say thank you! I have been home and off work since April 5th because of a car accident and kidney cancer. Watching your videos has brought a smile to my face and have been trying some of your ideas. So thank you for helping me pass the time between doctors and helping me become a better cook.
I've been through the whole cancer thing with a broken neck same time 😅. Keep that positive attitude! It gets better. The treatment brings you down so low you don't know if it's worth it or not. Fingers crossed and a prayer said for you it works and you will come back up.
I love it when I get to see so many amazing pit masters doing their thing and hanging out together. It's like one of those cross-over episodes of TV shows... but with BBQ!
Fun to watch , but out of my budget with prices starting at $2345.00 a night for 2 people with a minimum of 3 night stay. and thats the low end... For that kinda money I will be seeing palm trees and white sand for 2 weeks! Very entertaining though. Thanks and good job!

That looks like Missoula where you landed. We landed there instead of White Fish where we stayed. Saved about $1K in tickets. Drove 2.5 hours to see an amazing view.
Beautiful up there. I head up around Augusta pretty much every year to go archery elk hunting. Got some good friends up there. Next time ur in Montana try Jeremiah Johnson Mtn Man Scottish Ale…..awesome!!!!
Absolutely beautiful scenery. I will put Montana on my places to travel to one of these days when I’m rich enough to do so. And Bradley did an awesome job giving us behind the scenes clips and shots.. Great video all around!

I have a request or suggestion. Texas has a ton of great dried sausages for sale all across the state. However there is remarkably little information online regarding making these sausages. I would love to see a video with a recipe to make some of that dried sausage. (Granzins in New Braunfels had some of the best)
