I don’t know how you’ve done it Christopher, but you’ve managed to get my wife (who’s as much interested in coins as she is with Patagonian vinyl flooring - that’s to say no interest whatsoever,) to watch your 50p hunts. You may have started another collector!

Question: best vehicle to sell or exchange unwanted coins? The notorious online auction is, to my opinion, not the best option because once the cost of postage and sale percentage are added on, there is not much left…😮

No Christopher you are NOT being silly If you are then so am I because I collect every us bicentennial quarter i come crossed in my change. my Dad used to say that you should collect what you like as a child i started keeping them because i like the Drummer boy on the back of the quarter. :D

Good evening oh mighty “Coin Man!” I’ve been meaning to ask for ages, but you often mention how you started collecting Ironside 50p coins as you share a name. You then always say it seemed a good idea at the time, but now you have far too many to mention. Well……. I was wondering if you had a ballpark figure in how many you’ve managed to amass?
