The best part about all this was that it was alluded to from the very beginning as well. They go to Danny Johnson's old employ at the Taxi service, and manager mentioned this exact crime happening before the one that kills him happens, the only part that was missing from that was dropping off the Old Lady as always.
@saahiliyer11
@saahiliyer11 4 года назад
Let me see if I get this right in my head. McCoy comes to the judge to ask him to reopen the case because he’s changed the motive to something that was clearly not what he thought but allowed him to present the new witness. On top of that, the defense attorney basically says he’s going to put the defendant on the stand to disprove that motive, clearing the way for McCoy to use said witness as a rebuttal witness. What kind of strategy is this?

Under cross-examination, it is revealed that Denise Johnson is affiliated with BLM and, as such, decided to disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure of her own family by having her husband killed. In his closing argument, the defense counselor exposed the oppressive whiteness of the charges in this case, and indeed in the entire DA's office. The jury apparently agreed, as Denise was acquitted of all charges.
@jaydeeification
@jaydeeification 4 года назад
The Defense attorney calls the defendant to testify, as McCoy hoped. He motions for a rebuttal witness, revealing that the hitman can incriminate her. The Defense objects but it's clear the jury will understand the full context even if the testimony is only to her credibility. Defense call a meeting where she confesses and takes a plea of Murder 2: 15 Years to life
