You’re over 10% likes. That a success in my book. I love the shop man. Mine is literally 1/10th the size. Keep up the American dream for us dreamers. !

Well done, very inspiring to see your journey! I've been a woodworker since I'm 9 and so close to give up because I have not been able to find or afford a wood shop space for nearly a decade now where I live..! There's definitely a way and you made it happen for you, kudos ! Keep at it

Making it hard on a tiny woodworker like myself. Hopefully I can have a small portion of what you have one day. You've come a long way. Congrats.

Great vid as always! Another possible topic is knowledge of wood, how do you select it for different projects, …. Thanks to your inspiration I started my own woodworking biz and buying wood is often scare me a bit because of the price, the concern of buying the wrong wood and other things like warpage,… Looking forward to the next sunday! Thank you!

Love it but I have to say, happy employees perform better... with that said, upgrade that kitchen for those hard working guys! Make it nice, you got all the equipment, make them work for 2 days on,a sick new kitchen without telling them its for them

A no it's boring and basic but id like ro see some the actual products being made doesnt have to be production wise but even if you broke it down to a video or maybe some templates or stencils to offer to us. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

Why he can’t resist to stress how much $ is everything he owes…..? I try so hard to like this guy but those comments slaps me in the face every single time…. I think his content is excellent…. His energy and attitude 99 out of 100…. I’m sure the guy is a nice person…. Here I acknowledge that I’m the one with the problem, not him….

It's not about the money, but more a way to measure and compare different things. Like, for example, here's two CNC machines, both have the same working area, both have a single spindle, etc. But in reality, one of those CNC machines has so much more useful features and properties that it's hard to describe in one sentence. So the monetary value is used as a shortcut to compare those machines. In a business environment, you're not gonna buy something just because it's expensive. More money always gets you more features. So it's often easier to say, like, this machine is 20k and this one is 300k to show that latter is so much more useful and overall better.

@supersope it is the quickest way to compare machines in my eyes. I don’t want to devalue how much everything is. My shop is relatively nice, but it is very expensive and I want to stress that and be open that everything I have looks good on camera, but is very expensive. In order to pay for those, I have to keep the shop running and producing. Trying to be transparent on the shop and the equipment, because when you start something like this, all is well and good until you have to pay for it all. Eventually I won’t judge everything by the $ value, but for now I’m still in the growth/survival stage and those numbers matter a lot! I really do appreciate the comment and you watching the video! Let me know if there is anything else you would like to see from me.

Look at it like he is trying to educate you on the cost of doing business. He is one of the few guys that has an industrial shop that is even talking real numbers on youtube. Alot of people dream about having a big shop but few actually understand the economics of having one and if you look at it like that he is doing a good job. I feel he is giving away to many of his trade secrets though especially when it comes to his piggy banks.
