@@earthguidesclub Not all but many, I have been there a couple of time. He actually changes pastres all the time. But his best are the pistachio's pastries.
@@michaelmarchal4004 In fairness I didn’t say anything was bad, just that it was overrated and the overall experience felt a bit like a conveyor belt vs quality experience like at LV or The Ritz. But yes you’re right he is obviously one of the best bakers in France.
