Most psychologists would agree that such cathartic releases in a controlled & safe environment (ie- in VR) is good for mental health & it helps prevent psychotic episodes from occurring against the real-life public at large. As long as Crusty has taken care to clear out sufficient space in his play area, it's unlikely he could hurt himself either. So yeah, physical activity is good for body health & safe release for the depravities of the Id is good for mental health. Indeed, drummers in musical bands are considered to be among the most emotionally-balanced people you're likely to meet because they can release their aggressions on the drums.

I've plplayed the demo of this game on my Oculus Quest. What's really funny is when you get the knockout while the guy is getting up from being punched down. It's like "Yeah, let's go- oh...guys, I think he just died"
First time I played this, I played on normal difficulty. I was exhausted and got my ass kicked. It was like real life lol. Then I put it on easy and beat the first guy with my 1st grade secret weapon... "the windmill."

I got creed in early 2019. Got home from work with my sweater still on dying to use my new VR, holy cow was I sweating by the end of my first fight - I didn't know how to pause and I was doing so well I didn't want to lose =D 2019 is also the last time I played the game according to steam.
