There is a pond by a pool that is super pressured. I usually have so so luck. I finally threw on a smaller, 2.5-3inch gray n white swim bait. Using it like unlocked catches for me there.

In all honesty. 1 rod should do tournaments more often. He’s versatile with lots of experience. I”m sure he would do good at the big tournaments. I do small tournaments myself but learned a lot from watching him for years.

I just moved back to Maryland, and I can't remember Howard County producing much unless you were fishing along the Patuxent watershed (Rocky Gorge or Tridelphia). Unless you were sneaking around golf courses or a private pond?

I fish a 20lb braid to a 15lb fluro leader but i always snap off when using it, do you know why it could be. Im using high quality line and i retie often.
