The VE doesn't interpret your medical records. You misunderstod the VE's role. The limitations are outlined by the ALJ, based on their review of your medical records and your testimony. They are then conveyed to the VE via their Hypothetical. The VE simply answers the ALJ's questions based on the hypo.
@@brocklanders6969 That is not what he did though, he was biased. He claimed I could do jobs even though I have a need to lay down every 20 minutes or so. He was dead set on not giving me a pass. My lawyer had to write a letter to the judge after the hearing proving what the VE said was inaccurate. We won the case.
